The best Christmas parties are the ones that feel easy from the moment you arrive: good food, a welcoming bar, plenty of festive atmosphere and no need to spend the whole evening organising everyone else. At Littleover Lodge, our 2026 celebrations bring all of that together in a cosy former farmhouse on Rykneld Road, conveniently placed for Littleover, Heatherton, Findern and Derby.
Start with the festive food
Our Christmas Fayre menu is available at lunch and in the evening, with two or three courses and choices designed to suit a proper festive get-together. Traditional roast turkey is joined by dishes including classic beef bourguignon, local pheasant breast, oven-baked salmon and mushroom and halloumi linguine. Desserts include Christmas pudding, homemade sticky toffee pudding and white chocolate and raspberry ripple cheesecake.
Choose the kind of celebration that suits you
Some Christmas parties call for a relaxed lunch and a good catch-up. Others need music, dancing and a later finish. Christmas Fayre lunch is served Wednesday to Friday from 12pm-2pm and Saturday from 12pm-3pm, priced at £19.99 for two courses or £24.99 for three. Evening dining is available Wednesday to Saturday, with live music from 9pm on Fridays and a resident DJ from 9pm on Saturdays. Evening prices start from £22.99 for two courses.
Make a night of it
Littleover Lodge is also a hotel, with 15 bedrooms on site. If guests are travelling into Derby or simply want to enjoy the evening without thinking about the journey home, ask our team about bedroom availability when booking your celebration. Free on-site parking also makes arriving straightforward for local groups.
