Unrivalled by location we are just a hop skip and a jump to the A38, where the world, or at least the Derbyshire countryside, is your oyster.
Close enough to East Midlands Airport that you can stay here before the next leg of your journey, but not so close that it ruins the beauty of the countryside. Walking distance to some stunning countryside trails, perfect for walkers, dog owners (yes they are welcome to stay with you!), and just about anyone who wants to get outside.
While we are on the very outskirts of Derby, Derby city centre is just a mere 4 miles down the road. Accessible by car, bus or even a nice long walk.
If you are looking for some of the more cultured experienced that the area has to offer, you don’t need to travel far to find Derby Cathedral or Derby Museum and Art Gallery. Or we are just a short trip to one of Derbyshire’s best golf courses, Pastures Golf Club – while you can walk here, if you are taking your clubs, we definitely recommend driving!
Our Rooms
Here at Littleover Lodge, we have 15 stunning ensuite rooms. This limited number allows for a more personalised experience when you visit.
Each room features its own bathroom, allowing you to totally relax in peace (that’s if you haven’t brought the kids along), a flat-screen TV with popular channels, and free wifi in every room.
We have a selection of double and twin rooms, and a suite if that’s more your style.
Children are welcome to stay, with beds available for under 12s to stay in a standard room with parents. If you would like to know more about children staying with us, please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this.
Dining At The Lodge
If you are looking for food and drink, coupled with friendly service, then you can find yourself in one of the top restaurants in Derby right here at Littleover Lodge. With perfectly sculpted menus our chefs can perfectly prepare foods to suit all tastes.
Our gastro menu has been designed to include flavour. Wherever we possibly can we like to encourage our guests to taste all the flavours of the world. Starting with a tapas selection, moving into our flatbread kebabs, and onto Italian-style stone-baked pizzas.
