We are delighted to announce the arrival of multi-award-winning development chef David Mao to the Littleover Lodge restaurant. Chef David is hugely passionate about quality, with his food being rated as five stars by the prestigious AA Food Guide. Having worked at and headed some of the UK’s top eateries, he brings a wealth of experience, he plans to fine-tune our entire food offering and the service provided to all of our customers.
