JC Hotels are the proud owners of three popular hotels in Derbyshire, The Boars Head Hotel in Sudbury, Littleover Lodge in Derby and The Lion Hotel in Belper. The family acquired their first hotel, The Boars Head, back in 1984 and have since expanded their business, skills and expertise to cover the edge of the Derbyshire Peaks.

Each hotel is unique, boasting it’s own character and charm. In fact, Littleover Lodge is a former 1850’s farm house, The Lion has been in business since 18th century and The Boars Head was formerly a historic building which was originally part of the Vernon Estate. Brimming with character and charm and surrounded by beautiful countryside views, each hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway of relaxation and fun. Each hotel is also to an onsite bar, restaurant which is home to one of the best pizza restaurants in Derby, carvery, and leading cocktail bars in Derby to ensure that you have everything that you could possibly need.
