Happy New Year from the Littleover Lodge team! 2018 was a fantastic year for us, a year which was filled with many wonderful memories, familiar faces and many new faces too! With 2019 now in full swing however, we’re looking forward to making this year even better! We’ve got some very exciting updates coming soon including the launch of our special Valentine’s menu and the launch of a new cocktail menu… Don’t worry, we’re not trying to convince you to give up on Dry January if you are taking part but we do hope to see you very soon!
Coming Soon – An Exciting New Cocktail Menu for 2019!
With there being so many bars in Derby to choose from, Littleover Lodge stands out thanks to its historic charm, quality homemade food, and excellent drinks selection. Formerly a Georgian farmhouse, the lodge has been transformed into a modern hotel where guests can stay, eat and drink, whilst remaining true to its historic roots.
As mentioned above, this year we’re going to be introducing a new cocktail menu which is bursting with exciting drinks which have been created by our passionate team of mixologists. Cocktails are as popular now as they were in the 17th century. Some people think that cocktails are typically a summer drink. However the variety of flavours and ingredients that can be mixed together means that we can create a drink for every season – even winter!
If cocktails aren’t your thing, we’ll also be serving a selection of draught and bottled beers, ales and lagers, wines by the class, spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly bar with something for everyone. Offering some of Britain’s most popular tipples such as Guinness, Carling, Peroni, a selection of Guest Ales, Tea, Coffee, Pepsi, Fruit Shoot and so much more – there really is something for all the family!
While you enjoy a drink, or two, throughout the year we’ll be hosting live music performances from local artists and bands and we’ll also be showing live sporting events on our 65” HD television. Last year we showed England’s World Cup heroics and we hope to do more of the same with a calendar full of live sport in 2019.
